Amended Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (ATUFS)

Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Textiles
With a budget of ₹10,683 crore, the PLI scheme incentivizes the production of Man-Made Fiber (MMF) fabrics, garments, and technical textiles. It aims to attract investments, increase turnover, and create employment over five years.
Scheme for Integrated Textile Parks (SITP)
SITP offers grant assistance up to 40% of the project cost (capped at ₹40 crore) to develop state-of-the-art textile parks with common facilities like effluent treatment plants and warehouses, encouraging public-private partnerships.
Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS)
CLCSS provides a 15% upfront capital subsidy to MSMEs for technology upgradation, facilitating the modernization of production equipment and techniques.
Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS) for Textile Sector
This scheme offers credit-linked interest subsidies to industries in textiles, technical textiles, fabrics, carpets, garments, apparel, and textile machinery manufacturing. Eligible units can receive a 60% subsidy on interest charged by banks, up to ₹60 lakh per annum for five years.

PMEGP Scheme provides a subsidy up to 35% of the project cost for the general category (25% in urban areas), and up to 50% for special categories like SC/ST, women, etc.
Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE)
Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) provides collateral-free credit up to ₹2 crore.
